Q: I'm going to bring my child, what
happens if they get too scared?
A: If the
child (or adult) gets too scared, we do have exits throughout Haunted
Hollow. Let your tour guide
know that you wish to leave, and they will escort you out as quickly as
possible.
Q: If we exit Haunted Hollow early
because my child (or adult) is too scared, can we get some money back?
A: No, all
ticket sales are final.
Q: Is this event wheelchair accessible?
A: Yes,
Haunted Hollow is designed to fit wheelchairs.
We always send security through with a wheelchair in case
additional assistance is necessary.
Q: Do you have strobe lights, loud
noises, or fog and is there any heath concern?
A: Yes, we do
have strobe lights, very loud noises and fog machines. These items have
been known to cause epileptic seizures.
If you have a medical condition that these effects might affect,
we do not recommend you enter Haunted Hollow.
Q: Will refreshments be available?
A: We do not
offer food or drinks onsite at Haunted Hollow.
Q: It says you close at 11pm/10pm. What
happens if we are in line after that time?
A: Anyone in
line at the posted closing time for the evening will be allowed to enter
Haunted Hollow. We place a person at the end of the line for people who
come after closing, and the ticket window will close promptly at the
posted closing time.
Q: How long has Haunted Hollow been
running during Halloween?
A: While this
is our first year at TOYOTA PARK, Haunted Hollow has been performing our
unique brand of audience participation theatre since 1978. TOYOTA PARK
is out 10th location
